Kenneth Bibb October 16, 1927 - February 21, 2023

Kenneth Bibb, 95, passed away peacefully in DeLeon, Texas on February 21, 2023. Kenneth was born on October 16, 1927, to the late Evelyn Parott Bibb and Murray Edward Bibb in Woodson, Texas. Kenneth attended Woodson High School in Woodson, Texas. He was a long-time resident of Rising Star, Texas. Kenneth was also a member of the Rising Star Church of Christ. He met the love of his life, Edith Agnew in Throckmorton, Texas. They were married on February 10, 1952. They moved to Happy, Texas about 1957 and later moved to Rising Star in 1961 where they raised their four children. Kenneth is survived by his four children, Tom- my Bibb and Vickie, Steve Bibb and Donna, Marilyn Isom and James, Randy Bibb and Julie; 10 grandchildren, Kyle Bibb and Amanda, Chris Bibb and Crystal, Trevor Bibb and Kirby, Derrick Bibb and Laura, Terrell Bibb and Suzan, Chase Isom and Heather, Logan Bibb and Kristen, Teryn Bibb Walker and Isaac, Taylor Isom and Emily Bibb Wilson and Seth; 22 great- grandchildren; sister Martha Clifford and Edsel; sister-in-law, Peggy Bibb; brother-in- law, Pat Agnew and Carolyn and many other family and friends. Kenneth is preceded in death by his wife, Edith Agnew Bibb; parents, Evelyn Bibb and Murray Bibb; sister, Joy Low and husband, Sonny; and brother, Jerry Bibb. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Kenneth’s honor to your favorite charity or children’s home. Family received friends at the Rising Star Church of Christ on Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Graveside Services were at 2:30 P.M on Saturday, February 23, 2023, at Rising Star Cemetery with Tommy Holmes officiating. Interment was at Rising Star Cemetery.
